The "Trump-o-meter you're using there, it counts his statement that he would temporarily stop all Muslims from entering the country as a "campaign promise" (unfulfilled) when, in context, it is clearly just rhetoric addressing the current (at the time) terrorist attack in California.
They don't count Trump's travel ban as a kept promise though.
So, the numbers there are just stupid.
Like I said, I go back to Eisenhower. I actually campaigned for Barry Goldwater at a polling place in Dallas Texas when I was in the second grade. I've paid some attention.
Nobody in my lifetime has addressed what they said in their campaign like Trump has. I'm not the only one that has noticed this:
