Finding mind worms

How do you check if your company's management is being controlled by mind worms?

Always so distant with fake smiles and avoiding all conflicts.

Mind worms, that makes me think of Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri.

Are these worms inside them? Or just remotely controlling them?

Management always has a super dull, neutral answer for anything. They make all the calls, yet, they're not accountable for anything! Does that sound like what a mind worm would do?

Company management re; A bigger company wouldnt even know.

Too busy with KPI's.

Ask the company police HR and get we will get back to you in six months lol

Don't get me started.

My Company is the epitome of what I call, "The Stepford Syndrome."

I moved to 3rd shift recently just to have less stress and
I have since become much more in tuned with my work ethic.

The large, powerful and very dangerous machinery I set-up requires a discipline,
one thing out of place could injure the operator or worse.

I cannot go any further with commentary on the subject except for one last item....(Plug your ears!)

I manage to keep my professional self in hold at all times however,
on the inside most days

I Am All About to go, "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!"

However,
I'm on holiday for my birthday...for the 1st time in over a decade.

So....Thank you, @Beholder for giving me the opportunity to go "AAAAAAAaaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!"

They (Upper Mgmnt), should all have a "Loony Locater Device"
installed at birth so we could better understand what's coming whenever they appear.

Lord knows....My Babel Fish died a long time ago whilst on the job.
