Like i previously mentioned if he has mastered the art of physical and astral travel he can travel to the right time or location "requested" to describe surroundings or a random event about to happen with a timeline of the event which would be impossible to guess.

You would not violating anything by simply witnessing it, trying to change or capitalise on it would be a violation however as it would have reprocussions,simply witnessing something would neither change, alter or violate anything making it perfectly safe.

On a physical jump if I were there to see it in person then yes, seeing someone vanish to an alternate timeline or dimension would be more than conclusive , obviously the welll travelled and experienced candidate will be capable of returning as they would have done it may times already.
 
@roadaxe The simplest way for confirmation of Time-Travel is to use the test method devised by our member Einstein :)..

You ask the Time-Traveller to go forward one week into the future and choose three individual newspaper headlines, then return back to this time-line and if the headlines of those three newspapers prove to be 100% accurate in one weeks time, he is a true time-traveller (y):)..

I have asked several members that claim to be time travellers to take that simple test but sadly none of them has accepted :(..

Now that sounds like a very credible and solid plan, if anyone who claims they can travel and have been doing it for a very long time they should have no problems with a newspaper headline what so ever, what do we call anyone who doesn't accept this challenge? ... yes you guessed it, they are so full of shit they make the stool bus look like a floater.
 
Ah the old talk, but you wont know will you until you have one in your little grubby hands to play with. Take it apart what ever you like, this stuff cannot and will ever be proved.

If something can not be proven when there are viable options then it's a complet load of bullshit.
