So now I know what to do. My question is could I use a high voltage dc pulse generator that generates impulses at high voltage. Because as the voltage sparks, the current impulses greatly

I was looking into time travel and it lead me to water and star gates. They even found some type of underwater alter believed to be some sort of gate.

I did the experiment and it seems to work...some times. I’m trying to replicate the time it worked. It dilates time significantly under 30 seconds with my setup. I’m going to get a new impulse high voltage generator soon. More details to come

gotta make sure the electromagnets all face inwards so they can cancel each other out. if not then you just get a magnetic field. That's important.
