Have you ever held fulgurite in your hands? It's bloody heavy!
But....First I have to say, I only meant that the Martian Plants look a bit like fulgurite,
plain and simple. Nothing more.
But, since you mentioned it in the perspective of sand being eroded away
while leaving behind an ACTUAL piece of fulgurite, formed a billion years ago on
an Alien Planet where there was probably life?
That's intriguing in a alien sort of way.
I believe we can only guess at what is really in that photo after all, eh?
What do you think it is? Or was?

They kinda look like the skeletal leg remains of a Martian blown to kingdom come.In my professional opinion to me it appears to be a petrified Cobra, Thank you.
