Quantum Tunnel transistor, HELP

My friends, After witnessing some tangible results in Steven Gibbs work, my intention was to infuse a SBT Surface Barrier Transistor oscillator into the instrument. Please help me find the post and utube video about the SBT transistor. Weirdest thing happened, the moment I managed to get this rare transistor, all information I gathered disappeared from both laptops...any links would be appreciated.

Didn't it have germanium in it? SBT's are going to be hard to find, but what about using a germanium diode in front of a regular transistor to mimic it?

I recommend periodic backups to optical drives and closing the burns (do a full disc burn). It's a lot harder for the men in black to delete data off those.
