Go to a vortex,
imprint your intent about what you want to do into it.
rub your finger upon it until it sticks to confirm it's been programmed correctly.
place on a chakra(preferably solar plexus) and then wait.

I would recommend a vogel cut crystal and conditioned by hanging in a copper or wood frame 5 foot tall pyramid in a closed off bedroom for several months. No light, no wifi, no moving air(blocked vents).
