I completed week 3.

I've been using the 3rd column. The day 3 workout was almost more than I could do. On set 5 I was required to finish with at least 28 consecutive pushups. I did it. But I had two rest stops during that set. That means it's getting harder. I'm starting week 4 today. But I'll bet I have to do week 4 over if it continues to get even harder.

I messed up.

I started to forget doing the exercises after I made it half way through week #2. :( I was able to keep up a bit for the next week, but I ended up waiting too many days between the exercises...

I'm a slob... :(

Aww, you're not a slob... :( New exercise routines are hard to keep up with...Don't be so hard on yourself..You can always try again! :)

Yeah Num. You can probably catch up to me. Since I'll probably have to stay on week 4 for a while. Apparently my muscles don't grow as fast as the workouts get harder. The way my strength is progressing, I might have to take three weeks for each additional week in the workout regime.

There is the pushups logger site. You can log your progression as you go.
