The show is actually good if you can get past the fact they try to say that literally
everyone in history was a space alien and the overdramatic stuff
that gets to the point where it is damn near a comedy show.
There are nuggets of truth in it here and there and it's actually a good show disguised as a bad one

Exactly, aside from what you said they also use obsolete dating techniques and such, and a lot of their content is speculation, which at least they make somewhat clear.

They misrepresented a lot of facts, but the sources they took those things from are still there to be examined by more rational minds.

I love the show the X-Files and what makes that show good is
BOTH the skeptic and the believer---who hilariously by the end of the series have a romance together.
So we need both Mulders and Scullies lol

I only remember bits and pieces of the X Files but people have been saying it is a good resource for the current situation, particularly the mythological arc I think was highlighted.

IMO it is the best science fiction drama show ever created and definitely the
best science fiction show ever made because it has enough realism in it
to draw in people who normally are not into fantasy or sci-fi compared to
something more silly like star wars.

Also, the show is multi-faceted. Some episodes are EXTREMELY funny and
are basically comedy centered whereas others are downright horrifying
and so scary you might hide under your bed. They mix things up more
than most shows and there's more variety in the episodes than most shows.
Eventually it starts to fall apart when Scully has a baby named William after
she had already been pregnant several times in the series and the
mythological arc kind of contradicts itself and you never quite know if
the aliens are really from space or just genetic experiments.
BUT----very entertaining good show.

I think if you have Amazon Prime account or even just
a regular amazon account it is (currently at least) completely
free for viewing but has ads that pop up every now and then.

The funniest episode is probly Jose Chung from outer space
and the episode even has Jesse Ventura in it who
plays a government agent trying to cover up the truth about UFOs.

By definition Jesus was "extraterrestrial" perhaps not space alien in the classic sense
but "Extraterrestrial" because the definition is simply a life form originating
from high up in the sky or heavens.

Not only is that possible, it’s actually quite likely. Religion, especially the Abrahamic ones, have been edited extensively over time to suit the agenda of whoever is in power.

It’s not really off topic either, considering some of Grusch’s implications like the Vatican being aware of ETs since at least around 1933 when a craft was allegedly recovered.

If that didn’t cause massive upheaval within, that suggests they already knew. I wonder how long.

Yeah some say all the alien secrets are in the Vatican library.
I would guess the UFO knowledge goes waaaaaaaaay back as there
were encounters dating much further back than most people realize
and what prevents people from knowing about the ones that
go way further back? Roswell. Everyone wants to talk about Roswell
which was a wacked up highly suspect case to begin with when
there was actually mountains of evidence way before that
