I can't even CREATE a new registration at the old site.

Up near the top of the forum you will see a bar with
Logged in as : deepthought ( logout ) My controls:O new messages:View new posts
Click the "my controls"
When that page comes up there will be a side menu with 4 parts to it. Look under the 3rd section "Personal Profile and click "edit avatar settings"

Then if your picture is on the computer you can go to "upload a new image from your computer"
If it's on another site..just place the link in the "Enter a URL to an online avatar image"
or you can choose one from our gallery.

The icon will be shrunk down to 100x100 and 40 kb.
If this is still insanely confusing I will be making an actual entry on how to do this with screenshots later on today.

Hi,

I joined this forum after receiving Gavin's mail yesterday... Talk about a crazy story :huh:

Anyway, I didn't knew him (for me he was just the owner of the board) but I knew at least jovialkitten and Phoenix (from the irc chats with Alexander and from the participations on the forum) and thought they were doing a fine job being moderators.

So... I prefer to stick with the ppl that I know that are doing a good job! I just hope that the hoard of hoaxers stays away from here! :rolleyes:
