Ok, this could be either my bad memory, or it could be the first real difference I've been able to notice since arriving here. As far as I can remember, the A-bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were dropped in 1944, not 1945. I could've sworn it was 1944 all along, I remember that was the year when the war ended I was sure of it! Absolutely positive. So this is really strange, and downright disturbing.

Any comments? This has really set me back a few steps, and its just strange! I don't know how I can describe it... very odd. Just thought I would jot it down here for others.

I haven't had any 'weird' experiences except for the faint spells, but I'm fairly sure its just a sign that I've got the flu or something.

Or you could just wear glasses. :D That way no one reconize you (even your older self). Personally, I wouldn't do the DNA test unless it was with someone I really trusted because like you said it would a little hard to explain why you have exact DNA.
Maybe the fainting spells are your body telling you that you need for fuel because of time traveling. Like the Flash, if you've read any of the comics, where he has to eat a lot because of his speed. Although, I don't know why it would be hitting now. It probably is just the flu because it is that time of year again. I had a werid thought, maybe these spells are because your "hold" on this time is weakening. Like a muscle that has been lifting 200 lbs for ten minutes. Maybe whatever part of your brain or whatever it was that sent you here can't hold on much longer and you'll snap back to your time. Another thought is that maybe you are in both 1993 and 2004. When you or whatever sent you through time knew that you would need a place to live so you "seperated" (for a lack of a better word) and "part" of you is in 1993 and never did travel and "part" of you came to 2004. Like JediStryker said before (sorry, I just read that post). That would explain why the older you is here and didn't travel through time. But still it's more than likely the flu or a cold, either way eat, rest, recharge, and I hope you feel better soon.

Chris, I was wondering. Have you ever thought that there was a possibility you might be a clone? Your older self doesn't really reveal much about you (/himself), so maybe something actually happened to your older self (which he is reluctant to talk about), thus creating you. I only wanted to bring that up. Also, taking out the clone theory, most likely has something your older self knows about and regrets. However, these are just mere theories, so don't bother asking your older self about it.

Anyway, Chris, I recall stories where people who Time Travel happen to start fainting. It isn't Time Travel itself, but its definitely what you are being (suddenly) exposed to. Being suddenly exposed to a noticable difference in an environment (Global Warming/Chemicals/Light/etc.) can do that alot.

I don't know about being a clone though. I don't know anything about that. I have previous memories of 11 years ago, and a lot has obviously changed since then, so would they still be able to move my memories over? Whoever 'they' are.

I think I've settled into my environment though, I haven't had too many dizzy spells and the ones I have had might just be coincidence.

Does anyone have any idea how I actually got here? That is still a bit foreign to me. Was it just a fluky coincidence of nature somehow? Or did something or someone get me here? I really just don't know, and if its the latter case, I wonder if they can get me back. Although... I don't even know if I want to leave.

I think talking to your older self may hold many of the keys to those questions.

Yeah but as if he will tell me. Besides, I'm sure he has legitimate reasons for withholding why, if he knows at all. I understand me...

Which brings up the question if he really is me. Is this my destiny? Therefore, I have two destinines. One to live out my life normally, and another to jump ahead 11 years. How can I have two destinies? I'm thinking philosophically, not scientifically for some reason. I can't have two destinies. Unless parallel universes exist, then obviously I can have two destines. But, why am I here then? To experience a different destiny? Is my destiny to live out my other selfs destiny?

...Oh man I just made this a whole lot more confusing didn't I?

Chris, I gather you must be growing very accustomed to life in 2004 now. You've been here, what, six months? Are you beginning to consider 2004 your "home" now, and look back on 1993 as a "past" life? I'm just asking because you mentioned at the end of one of your previous posts that you weren't sure if you wanted to leave.

It's lucky that your parents are out of the vicinity right now, but there are surely going to be times in the future when they're going to visit - i.e. Christmas, birthdays. Have you and Chris Senior worked out what to do with you when they do come?

Also, just curious, but have you noticed any traits that your older self has that you consider "negative", or that you wouldn't like to have yourself? I hope I've worded that question okay.

I don't know why you jumped forward, but perhaps something bad would have happened to you if you had stayed in your time.

What does the other "you" remember about the few months right after your leap.

Once I was using the HDR on a Monday morning and suddenly it was Wednesday morning. My friends said "Where were you dude? We called and called." but there were no messages on my answering machine.

In fact, all the clocks in my house were off by days and hours, both.

I still have one clock, that I have not "reset" to remind me of what happened.

Thankfully, it was summer, and I did not have a job, but Tuesday, and most of Monday were gone.

I still consider 1993 my home, but I've become accustomed to 2004 and am ready to stay here if the need arises. If I ever do go back, then it'll be great, I'll just have to wait another 11 years before I can tell any of you what happened :P Maybe not even you though, the you's of another reality. Hmmm.. maybe everyone should give me a catch phrase to tell your other selves, that only they would know, as proof? Could be interesting. You all wanted proof the first time around... maybe I should deliver it in another timeline.

I'll have to ask him about the months afterwards. I can't even remember when I got here now, I'll have to ask him seeing the other board seems to be disabled. I know its been about 6 months though, seems that long. Maybe something bad will happen to me, but not to him.

If destiny does exist, then nothing I can do will change these events.
