Interesting to see Leadbeater's book on Chakras, I use it all the time myself also when studying Stevens work.

Are you talking about the tan old hardcover third from the left in the picture?
I wonder if Sylvia gave him those?
Please look inside the book that goes with the cards and see if there is an inscription.

It does indeed appear to say 'BOOK OF CHANGES' so it's the closest I can see.
Although...
It hasn't faded out of existence, so perhaps we should keep looking.
