Yes they are being watched, the people who built the internet control and have full rights to everything running on the internet, but hey this is no time to get cold feet while the warm water is running, use snail mail if you want to go off grid.
 
Getting back to proving astral time travel, I always heard that reading is very hard while experiencing astral time travel. Have you ever heard of that?

Kinda like reading in a dream. It's possible Indeed, but it can pretty hard to decipher what's written.

I'm not trying to explain why it can't be proven though. I'd like to have some form of proof presented to us, like everyone. The newspaper idea is a pretty good one, given sharing those headlines doesn't change the events that lead to them.

I'll add that if something cannot be proven then it is a complete load of bullshit - whether or not there are any viable options for proving it.

Dreaming and travel are 2 different things, it sounds like you're reaching for excuses.

I'm just mentioning those things because they're often brought up as excuses as to why no one is willing / has been able to back up any claims of astral time travel. I've read them tons of times.

Is it the truth? Can't say. But numerous times over the years, these have been some of the reasons astral time travel couldn't be confirmed.

It can be confirmed very easily just like remote viewing can be confirmed, simply seeing and describing the details of the environment and people etc etc is all that is needed to confirm beyond all doubt.
