When it comes to Time traveling it is all theoretical, if we waited for hard evidence we would still be sitting on our easy chairs sipping our favorite beverage and just dreaming "wouldn't it be cool to time travel"! I have been using this 20 year old HDR since the 17th of April 2016...Everyday my dreams have become a little more vivid up and including now. So the "resonation" is taking place but even for a seasoned traveler like myself ,it is taking me time to build this resonant to what it use to be. So the young HDR users as well as the new users of the HDR need patience, it will come on its own time and grace. No one can force this type of action unless the subconscious mind is completely open to that resonant.
I found after using the HDR, it's important to allow your mind to sink into deep alpha it's a great starting place for astral time traveling. We don't have to be in deep theta to experience it. Because your consciousness must be part of the experience if not, as far as you know you never went everywhere. So I determine (opinion) wise that "Deep Alpha" is great it can incorporate the conscious thinking mind until enough energy is built up within your chakras once the chakra's are fully activated then the mind split will more than likely occur. That is a copy of our consciousness will be transferred into our astral time travel vehicles. This will allow the body to go to deep "Delta" state for regeneration while your working copy of consciousness reaps the time/space continuum.
This is a bit off the subject as well: I was trying to sleep one night and I must have slipped into light Theta state with still some consciousness. When a person "Yawns" do you ever experience your inner ear closing on you? We all experience that to some extent. But what I discovered that evening , I can create that blocking of the inner ear by contracting certain muscles inside my ear. For some reason I contracted my inner ear blocking it off, this is a complete physical action! When I did this I found my astral arm flew up in the air over my chest area. It was buzzing like mad. You know the stuff you don't hear when you sleeping.
I think what happened when I contracted my inner ear muscles it was physical enough to bring my waking consciousness into the mix. It's twice now this happened. Nothing to do with time traveling though, but maybe something someone may want to try.
