Are you looking at logs? I thought only admins could do that. And I only admins could do it only, on PHPBB Forums. Not Xenforo forums. This is a xenforo forum. Mods don't have access to that unless they are Administrators, as well.

My IP is shielded using a commercially available VPN app. The app randomly assigns a IP everytime it refreshes. If my IP is currently similar to other members on this forum. It's pobably because they're using the same app, which will be of no surprise considering this is a conspiracy forum.
