A private email suggested a visit to the web page of STRANGE magazine, where an interview with Steven Gibbs is listed. Oddly enough, Gibbs mentions Bruce Perreault as being the source of his time travel circuit which Gibbs claims will allow one to travel through time, both physicaly and mentally. Several of us have examined this circuit, which consists of a piezo transducer that is energized with high intensity electrical spikes to produce high frequency waves.

Gibbs recommends placing this piezo on the crown of the head while standing on an earth grid line crossing. Bruce was very disturbed to hear that Gibbs is promoting this as anything resembling a time travel circuit.

Keelynet 7 – Nikola TESLA 3 generations later

When Bruce tried it back in the very early 1990s, he got mild brain concussions due to the rapid, high intensity pulsations applied to the brain via the skull.

Bruce wrote a letter to Gibbs stating his very great concerns
from anyone using this circuit with the ERRONEOUS idea that they could ACTUALLY travel in time, yet Gibbs still promotes it as a working system. We will soon be posting Bruces’ letter along with the Gibbs article (or excerpts from it), to warn people about damage they might do to themselves.

Some clarification

"
Steven Gibbs: They were...one, I don't know where he lives right now, he
keeps switching locations...and nobody knows where he originated from or
anything. He went by the name of Jim Gerrard. Now he claimed that he got his
information from a guy who went by the name of Bruce Perrault. Grey Barker
put out various books years ago on the Philadelphia Experiment. Some of
Bruce Perrault's letters appeared in [them]. Especially with one manual
titled Across the Dimensional Barrier or something like that. You could
write to Bruce Perrault and he could give you a schematic for what was
supposedly a simplified version of the Philadelphia Experiment. And
basically the circuit is a simplified version of what they used on board the
Eldridge ship. "

See that as you may.

Thanks; just read the portal - Iochd thread - wow; any word on him? (Iochd)

A simple experiment:
How much EMP is generated through the HDR Time (head) Coils when turned on?
  1. HDR unit w/ time coils and electromagnet
  2. EMP/Cell phone sensor w/external probe
  3. Multi-meter
  4. Styrofoam head mannequin
Results to follow8464

OK, Not so simple
That darn 300 volt electromagnet emits so much EMP (duh) that it's interfering with the readings on the head coils.
I tried a quick magnet in a metal bucket trick with no luck, then cast iron dutch oven w/lid: no luck, then extend wires to max distance (some less interference).
Well, I've always wanted to build a Faraday cage.
More to follow

Note: Initial results: the HDR electromagnet is extremely powerful and caution should be used. Anyone with pacemakers should avoid use; wallets containing credit cards maybe affected, along with any magnetic tape media. Placing the magnet on the head, spinal cord, or heart, may be ill advised, but if considered exposure times should be limited.

But, you all know this ;)

@Himalayan Hermit what are your thoughts on the 50hz -60hz differences?
Not sure; there might be some difference on the resonance and/or frequencies (alpha, delta, theta), but with the way the HDR "tuning" works (radionics stick reaction) your subconscious should "adjust" for this.
I wonder how a automobile 12 volt - 110 volt inverter would also work in this situation?
