An acoustic laser is a thing. Yet I've never heard of one till today. Just give him a little more leeway to tell his tale.
 
No intention to mock or anything like that, but the names sound familiar. They weren't also characters in Maxwell's story, were they?

I work by "Natural Scalar", "Molecular Scalar" and lastly "Rife Scalar mode". Its my hopes too find a protocol for time travel while inside this huge scalar field. A few 2 meter radios use digital transmission. However the answer to your question is yes!
Also I was the one that started the use of 2 meter to transmit video in real time to help with our SAR missions back in the 80s.
Then the DEA hijacked the idea for their counter narcotics program soon after.F12.webp

Can you please clarify what the letters SAR stand for, i can find nothing that relates to transmitting 2 meter "video in real time"...

It refers to devices such as MRI equipment as an example, regarding the amount of energy a human body can take, nothing to do with radio communication per se...Iam also waiting for our member Walt Willis to reply to my question that you decided to answer incorrectly on behalf of him...
