My Story

I wouldn't be surprised if it was your spirit guide voices' that you heard, but I could be wrong and I don't want to deny your experience by any means. Technology, from what I understand, is very easy for spirits to manipulate. Perhaps they were using your Mp3 as a way to communicate.
 
The shadow people either just stare at me, or walk right past me like i'm not even there, both sort of hiding from me. The other stuff is around me all of the time, shinning or glowing where as the shadows are sort of hiding something from me.

have no idea how to ask the spirit guides anything. maybe i should just start talking to them and see what happens. but i can't do it with my wife around because she blocks so much i'm affraid nothing will come through

maybe the energy from it..yeah, maybe it was them

i just googled it. i will give t a try and see what happens... maybe they are waiting for me to try.. i tried talking to the spirits a couple nights ago when i went to bed, asking them to put images in my head, i tried to clear my mind and relax, but nothing came though. although i did have something hovering above me later when i woke up in the middle of the night. but again i see so much i just thought it was another spirit.
 
I am getting better at "hearing" my guardian spirit as time goes on. For me the connection is more telepathic and it takes some practice getting used to differentiating what is her voice and mine. Someone once described it to me as a metaphor, you can smell something cooking in the kitchen, you've sensed it, now you have to figure out who's doing the cooking. Not every smell coming from the kitchen is your own cooking. So, that metaphor sounded a lot better when it was explained to me, but you get the idea. My husband thinks I'm nuts when I talk about "hearing" my guardian spirit. I know it's real though, because she cooks up things I would have never thought of.

I have been through most of what you are describing here.

Been called every name in the book,
(wacko...nut...etc.) .

I have no time at the moment to post more....have to go to work.

I am Christian, in my journey through life, I have discovered many things,
We are not alone.

I genuinely feel you are definitely watched over...which is good!

I will post more later if you wish but it won't be until early morning.

Check out the two searches I have posted. Both can definitely help you to eradicate these dark things.

Black/dark are usually never good.

Light flashes/orbs that are
indescribably beautiful sometimes mixed with light blue...are good.

Most importantly...never show fear,
this can only strengthen darkness.

Okay...gotta go or I'll be late.

i will look for that when i try it. i know i have a crazy sense of humor but i know my own thoughts, but i have also channeled once before by talking to one of the spirit in my house. i knew the feelings i was having were not mine.

Then you probably won't have some of the challenges I have had. You did mention how open you are and that probably works to your benefit. But I think for others it might be different learning to listen to voices that have been sounding in your ear your entire life, as opposed to a spirit who wanders into your house at any given time.
