From this i say it could be the carrying of a death in one of those cars, or less likely the meth.

This is EXACTLY what I originally thought.
I asked him if a (or the) former owners of the vehicles had died and were
still attached to them.

By that i mean one of those cars could have held an incident which be very hard now to ascertain what it was when or who was involved. The Shape i can see was sizing up the individual for entry waiting for the right moment or if there was some sort of weakness it could exploit. Time makes no difference either will wait and roam elsewhere.

I tried to tell him (them including his mum), that it was (maybe) just merely watching them
and for what, I didn't know then, but to not antagonize it further and try the salt cleanse.

The only way i could see a shift is by way of exteriorization, though the physical body would be in peril it would be a shock that might break the bond so to speak.

I hide it well, but the thing got to me when it did this.
I have worked with him to rid himself of this thing....once back in the late summer
when they contacted me again. It had been just over 2 years.

He won't take advice now....is scared to death of it.....wants it gone....then it becomes him.

I thought it was dualism at first, I personally know 2 people in my private life whom are multiples

where a past life becomes awakened AS a split personality...Like a reincarnation coming back to life.

If this is the reason and not the doing of an outside spiritual entity,
being institutionalized might be the only answer.

But, this would be a first on me or in my experiences to witness.

People can remember others' lives using hypnosis, but I would consider each set of memories as a soul of its own. Otherwise each person living in the middle ages would have to live as ten people at the same time for each to have past memories as the population grows.
