You already know he was relating to something else, as you correctly stated in a seperate posting that the Earth is inertially locked into our Solar System, which is inertially locked into our Galaxy that is inertially locked into our Universe and finally locked onto Zero Time..

Try to beg steal or borrow, to get hold of the original "Montauk Tour Number 2" dvd that shows you an actual Tesla Zero Time Generator, where Preston Nichols explains everything about it while it is switched on..
 
i hope you can get hold of the original Montauk dvd showing the tesla zero time generator for real time flipper that would be great , even though it was said you can hear it lock into the earths rotation or universe what dose it sound like when it dose do that lock into the earths rotation, some info says it locks into the universe but that sounds like guess work then compared to the rotation of the earth which sounds better. if theres no video of it working and locking onto anything then it may confirm what someone else said and thats that it may be missing some parts not shown in the ones you see online as it dosent show you in these deceiving videos what it really dose and what it sounds like if it locks into anything

All i can say the sound is sort of like when a car is changing up a gear and the engine revs going down very slightly..
 
interesting and whats the source of that knowledge master time flipper where did you read that or hear that id like to check it out and scrounge around for some other information scraps . so i can put something together out of it

yeah always wondered how it did the automatic return thing.
likely they utilized it as a navigational tool.

can tell when bielek is being intentionally obtuse.
the timelock thing is a subconscious psychic ability.
duncan(highly psychically trained) and his brother edward both time traveled, but only edward 'lost' his timelock. Objects don't have a timelock, only people.

so for the ship to return they just utilized the zerotime reference generator to appropriately energize the field and presto, back in time at the origination point. This is just counterspace stuff.

The "time locks" you mentioned, according to Preston Nichols were discovered by John Von Neuman and are innately built into every human being from the moment of conception until the moment they die...

They lock us into this reality/dimension, and if they are distrupted by large ElectroMagnetic fields, the human body and its consiousness is removed from this dimension...That allegedly happened to some of the sailors on the top deck of the Eldridge destroyer escort ship during the Philadelphia Experiment, when the EM fields were first switched on...They vanished forever..
