I belieive you can predict an outcome of a experiment with math.

I was taught the very same thing when I was in school. Then I found out the truth. Without gathering the data first, you can't create the math.

I made the speed higher for the rotation and it caused a greater effect in the calculation.
each wheel rotates at 14,400 foot per hour
4800 foot circumference divided into 14,400 equals 3 foot per hour 3 divided into 1 foot circumference area
equals 20 minutes
A 4800 feet circumference wheel that rotates at 14,400 would rotate 360 degrees in 20 minutes.
37.5 foot circumference divided into 14,400 equals 384 foot per hour 384 divided into 1 foot circumference
area equals .15625 of a minute

64 rotations times .15625 equals 10 minutes

Here is some more interesting calculations for my time machine.

9,600 feet circumference wheel/.25 feet per hour=.0026041666 of a foot per hour .0026041666/1 foot circumference area at center=348.0000098304003 hrs.
4x.25=1foot 9600 feet circumference x 4=38,400 hours

See the very large difference in time for the circumference and the center 1 foot area of the wheel.
Which is 38,400 hours compared to 348 hours

I would like for you to give me information about the future or a demonstate a time travel anomaly if you build this time machine.Or I could provide you some experiments I would like for you to do.

If you have not gotten it already i think you will eventually get it.So i am going to post one more set of equations

confirming that time travel is real and not imaginary.
each wheel rotates 8 feet per hour
800 feet circumference wheel/8 feet per hour=.01 foot per hour .01 foot per hour divided into 1 foot circumference
area =100 hours for one rotation
3.125 feet circumference wheel/8 feet per hour=2.56 foot per hour 2.56 foot per hour divided into 1 foot circumference
area at center=39.0625 hours
8 feet per hour divided into 60 minutes equals 7.5 minutes which means the outer rim takes 7.5 minutes to go a
foot.Multiply 7.5 minutes times the 3.125 feet circumference. To find out how long it takes the circumference to rotate
360 degrees.Which equals to 23.4375 minutes
Which is a difference of 39.0625 hours as opposed to 23.4375 minutes

Here is another calculation proving it is possible to time travel.
9 feet per hour

1024 feet circumference wheel/9 feet per hour=.0087890625 foot per hour .0087890625 foot per hour/1 foot circumference area at center=113.77777 hours
2 feet circumference wheel/9 feet per hour=4.5 foot per hour 4.5 foot per hour/1 foot circumference area at center=22.222 minutes times 512 rotations=113.77664
This is how to find out how long it takes to go a foot for a 9 foot per hour rotating wheel.9 feet per hour divided into 60 minutes which equals 6.66 minutes. Then multiply that 6.66 minutes by the 2 foot circumference of the wheel which equals to 13.333 minutes.
13.333 minutes for a full rotation of 2 a foot circumference wheel. For the one foot circumference area at the center of the wheel it would take 22.222 minutes after a full rotation.

13.333 minutes times 512 rotations=6826.666 minutes

None of us understand your reasoning on why you think you can travel in time. Would you please explain how you can access the time force in order to time travel? Thanks.

Did you see the time difference of this wheel that rotates at 9 feet per hour at it's outer rim.And has a 2 foot
circumference. The time is not the same at the center and outer rim of the wheel. Here are the time differences.
13.333 minutes for a full rotation of 2 a foot circumference wheel. For the one foot circumference area at the center
of the wheel it would take 22.222 minutes after a full rotation.

All you have demonstrated so far is that the wheel can move at different speeds through spatial rotation. Mean while the rate at which time passes still remains at one second per second. We experience the different wheel rotations all the time due to all the rotating parts in a car. I've never noticed any discrepancy with my watch after a drive in the car.
