Dear Dr. Greer,
Hello, my name is [fill in the blank], and I'm an adult male with Asperger's syndrome. I'm relatively new at meditation, and I've been practicing it once daily since more than a week ago. I am very fascinated with the prospect of contacting extraterrestrials, and I would like to know what techniques you know of to contact them through meditation.
Right now, my period of meditation is 10 minutes long, and I plan on increasing the time span to 15 minutes after my two-week period of doing 10 minutes is up. What I do to meditate is sit in a fixed position, have my eyes closed most of the time, and I concentrate on my deep breathing the best I can while there are several thoughts going in and out of my head.
Do you think I'm on the right track? And is there any advice you can give me to improve my meditation skills?
